Title: Data Quality Officer

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office

Contract: Permanent or B2B

Are you a data-driven professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy? We are looking for a highly motivated Data Quality Analyst to join this team and help uphold the integrity of the data systems across the business.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the reliability of the data and reporting processes. You’ll be reviewing quality metrics, working with teams across the globe, and identifying opportunities to enhance the way they handle data. Your analytical mindset and ability to work independently will help drive improvements that support better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess key data areas , ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Work closely with stakeholders across international offices to address data issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Guarantee high data quality , ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and meet business standards.
• Identify data quality risks , assess their impact, and help implement monitoring solutions.
• Deliver regular updates and quality checks against internal performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills – you’re confident speaking with colleagues at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Self-starter who thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
• University degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in data analysis and managing data quality.
• Prior experience in financial services, compliance, CSR, or a related environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Working with datasets in financial, compliance, commercial, CSR, or HR sectors.
• Minimum 3 years in a data-centric role with a track record of improving data quality.
• Understanding of risk and quality management principles.
• Familiarity with large, complex data systems.
