You’ll join a strategic initiative focused on the design and development of a data warehouse in Snowflake. The goal is to ensure the highest quality of data and reporting across the organization by building robust processes, automating quality checks, and embedding “data quality by design” practices from day one.

responsibilities :
Collecting and analyzing quality requirements from stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reliable KPI reporting.
Designing and implementing end-to-end automated tests monitoring data quality:
in test environments during ETL process development,
cyclically in production environments,
in Power BI reports and dashboards.
Collaborating within a Scrum team, including:
sharing knowledge and best practices around data quality by design,
promoting a culture of testing and data consistency.
Communicating in Polish within the local team and in English with international stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
3–5 years of experience working with cloud-based data warehouses.
Strong knowledge of:
Snowflake, SQL
dbt
Airflow
Python
GitLab, CI/CD
Basic knowledge of AWS (S3, IAM).
Solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles (e.g., DAMA, DMBOOK).
