The project involves building and enhancing a cloud-based data warehouse on the Snowflake platform, with a focus on ensuring high data quality standards. You will collaborate with a global team, using advanced technologies to design, implement, and monitor data flows, while also sharing your expertise with a local Scrum team. responsibilities :
Design and implement data monitoring and quality improvement processes
Develop data structures and data flows to optimize performance
Collaborate with the Scrum team to share knowledge and best practices
Ensure seamless integration of Snowflake database technology in cloud environments
Use Python and Airflow to automate data pipeline processes
Monitor and maintain data integrity using AWS services like S3, Kinesis, and Firehose
Work with GitLab for version control and continuous integration
Coordinate with teams both in Poland and internationally, communicating in English when required
Analyze and resolve data quality issues proactively
Support and enhance batch data processing using AWS Batch and Lambda
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience in building cloud-based data warehouses
Advanced proficiency with Snowflake and SQL
Solid experience with Python and Airflow for data automation
Familiarity with AWS services like S3, Kinesis, Firehose, and Lambda
Strong experience with data quality frameworks and methodologies
Knowledge of GitLab for code management and CI/CD
Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in English and Polish
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in data processing
