As Data Quality Engineer – Cloud Data Warehousing, you will be working for our client, a leader in data management and analytics. You will play a pivotal role in controlling billing processes and ensuring data integrity within a cloud environment, contributing to impactful financial transparency and operational excellence.
responsibilities :
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure data processes meet business needs.
Design and implement data processing solutions to monitor billing and invoicing accuracy for Subscribers, including visualization of process statistics.
Detect and resolve irregularities in billing processes through robust data quality controls.
Collaborate within an Scrum team to share best practices and promote "data quality by design" principles.
Advocate for data testing strategies and ensure data consistency across pipelines.
Contribute to the migration of data warehouses from on-premise environments to Snowflake, supporting seamless transition and integration.
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience with data warehousing, data quality, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Dbt, Airflow, Python, Gitlab, and CI/CD pipelines.
Basic understanding of AWS platform services such as S3 and IAM.
Familiarity with billing, accounting, and financial data processes.
Experience or interest in data migration projects from on-premise systems to Snowflake.
