Twój zakres obowiązków

Building bridges respectively intermediary between business data consumers and data producers of the central data warehouse
Creating awareness for data quality management within business departments
Communicating and coordination with all relevant stakeholders in the European markets of VW FS to support them with their Data Quality issues
Analyzing of existing data quality and the underlying business process
Consolidating and prioritizing of Data Quality Issues and ensure their fixing
Developing and implementing innovative and adequate Data Quality processes, roles and methods together with relevant stakeholders
Building awareness for the topic data quality management by conducting trainings

Nasze wymagania

Successful graduation of studying economics, business administration or business informatics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field of study; alternatively: completion of a business or technical apprenticeship with appropriate further training
Strong communication skills in discussions with different stakeholders and excellent English skills (C1 Level), both written and spoken as well as ability to manage complex approaches and results-oriented way of working
Very good Polish language skills (B2+ level)
Analytic and agile mindset with an affinity for data quality, precise and structured way of working
Solid knowledge of data management and a high customer orientation. Encouraging change processes and transparency. Experiences with Jira are desirable.
2+ years of professional experience regarding business data requirements of financial services departments (e.g. Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting), understanding of Data Quality aspects, basic know-how of regulatory aspects (e.g. BCBS 239)
Basic tool expertise of Informatica as a data analysis tool, proven knowledge of relational databases (and SQL), basics of the structure of data warehouses as well as basic knowledge of Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools
Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure

- We define DG and DQ standards and contribute to improving the speed of insights and business decisions

- We create transparency about the current data quality through DQ problem management and reporting for various stakeholders and support all relevant stakeholders with the exchange of expertise.
