Data Processing Specialist delivers processes necessary to create databases or reports for our clients, including top FMCG companies and retailers. These processes involve validating data, setting up databases, coding products with characteristics, and managing data samples.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct processes that lead to database creation according to client requirements;
  2. Add new products and characteristics, validate data accuracy, identify outliers, and ensure proper corrections;
  3. Archive and supply product catalogues, lists, and barcode data from manufacturers, websites, leaflets, or fieldwork for projects or categories;
  4. Perform production activities for assigned panels/industries in collaboration with operational teams;
  5. Follow and monitor data file flow;
  6. Create and maintain process documentation;
  7. Maintain statistical samples and expansion factors for accurate representation;
  8. Investigate data inquiries, identify problems with local teams, and determine root causes and resolutions;
  9. Monitor newly launched or relaunched products and compare shelf reality with product coding platform data.

Qualifications

  1. Degree-level education;
  2. Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher);
  3. Computer literacy, especially MS Excel;
  4. Strong teamwork and communication skills;
  5. Attention to detail and quality;
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  7. Adaptability to change.
