responsibilities :
You are responsible for the annual Data Privacy monitoring plan for the processing of Personal Data globally to ensure compliance with international Data Privacy regulations.
You conduct Data Privacy monitoring activities and audits across all business functions to ensure compliance with internal policies, internal controls, and processes as a second line of defense.
You prepare detailed audit reports and follow-up of agreed measures for Data Privacy compliance and present your findings to senior management.
You manage the risk assessments process and compile reports and measures resulting from it.
You organize lessons learned sessions for different stakeholder groups to ensure continuous improvement.
You liaise with different stakeholder including the Divisional Data Privacy Officers, Data Privacy Managers, Internal Audit, Information Security, among others.
requirements-expected :
Successfully completed studies in the field of IT, business, law or similar, the relevant certifications in privacy or audits are the additional assets.
Minimum 3 years (the more the better) of professional Data Privacy experience or Internal / External Audit or other monitoring functions in an international business environment.
In depth understanding of the international Data Privacy regulatory environment, in particular the EU GDPR.
Knowledge of emerging AI and data compliance obligations as also as strong understanding of data driven business models
Ability to pragmatically balance market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance launched with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English language skills, additional languages may be a benefit
Open-minded and confident appearance in negotiations with strong interpersonal communication skills
Team player with intercultural competencies and experience in an international environment.
