Join our team as an IT Analyst focusing on Data Privacy. You will work closely with various stakeholders (business, architects, developers, testers, legal, and compliance) to define and manage both functional and non-functional requirements within the Data Privacy domain. The role involves facilitating workshops, supporting design and build phases, and ensuring that all requirements are properly documented and traced. You will also contribute to process modeling and collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver sustainable and compliant solutions.

Data Privacy IT Analyst
Your responsibilities
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by collaborating with business, architects, developers, and testers
- Facilitate workshops to gather input and define project scope
- Support the design phase (creating High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation)
- Assist the build phase by coordinating with development teams
- Model processes and create relevant technical documentation
- Ensure complete requirements traceability throughout solution development
- Document requirements (including use cases) and drive quality improvements
- Provide guidance and support for testers and developers in both local and remote teams
- Maintain strong stakeholder management, offering pragmatic solutions and proactive risk mitigation
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst and/or Business Analyst
- Practical experience with structured requirements management and analysis methods (BABOK, CPRE)
- A relevant certification in requirements management and analysis (e.g., BABOK, IREB CPRE)
- Background in IT industry projects
- Experience with data-oriented technologies or architecture
- Solid understanding of security principles
- Strong business and technical background with analytical and specification skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), comfortable with international collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Previous experience in the financial services sector
- Experience or certification in Data Privacy (GDPR) (ISACA CDPSE, IAPP CIPP/E, IAPP CIPT)
- Familiarity with data privacy platforms (OneTrust, TrustArc, Priverion, Wired Relations, Responsum, Dastra)
- A strong fan of continuous improvement with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
