about-project :


  • We are looking for a person with specialist data privacy knowledge and business analysis skills to join our Global Data Privacy and Protection team. You will be responsible for ensuring the data the organisation is entrusted with is processed in line with applicable laws and regulations, including providing data protection and privacy expertise and advice across a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

responsibilities :


  • Conducting and supervising Privacy and AI Impact Assessments using the OneTrust Privacy Management system and mitigating any associated risks.
  • Carrying out Legitimate Interest Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments etc.
  • Managing legacy projects (i.e., creating Privacy Assessment & RoPAs for new regions and Business Functions as required).
  • Carrying out regulatory horizon scanning to identify new and upcoming laws and regulations etc.
  • Collaborating and supporting internal business functions/stakeholders in completion of Privacy Assessments and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with Global Privacy and AI laws such as the GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD and CCPA/CPRA etc.
  • Maintenance of Records of Processing Activity (RoPA) across business functions, including Data analysis, mapping, batch uploads and cleansing, data quality monitoring and improvement.
  • Providing Privacy Subject Matter Expertise, including awareness and training.
  • Supporting the delivery of a global privacy program and framework to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensuring effective/efficient privacy operations, and service delivery per agreed KPIs.
  • Support Data Privacy Incident Response process.
  • Support Data Subject Access Requests process.
  • Contribute to continuous Data Privacy process improvement.
  • Support cross-functional Data Privacy process development, change and activities.
  • Carrying-out other ad-hoc duties as requested.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience and ability of working cross-functionally across different business functions.
  • Educated to a degree level (preferred).
  • Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT etc (preferred).
  • Knowledge of OneTrust or other Privacy Management software (added advantage).
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and spoken) in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines
  • Business Analysis experience.
