Data Privacy – Senior Analyst - Krakow

We currently have an opportunity for a Data Privacy – Senior Analyst in Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) Cyber Security Organization in Krakow. This position will drive data privacy excellence across Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) Product Portfolio and support the implementation of Data Privacy Program initiatives across all strategic business groups (SBGs).

ISA Secure, NIST, OWASP, Penetration Testing, Data Privacy, BSIMM, and Threat Modeling are integral to our Cyber Security and Data Privacy Framework and our approach to product development.

As the Data Privacy - Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with Product Owners, Security Architects, Offering Management, and the Data Privacy Office to identify product data privacy risks and support completing Privacy Impact Assessments, ensuring the use of privacy-by-design principles from product design to product launch.
2. Driving standardization, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement through AI and other technologies, utilizing influencing skills.
3. Training, mentoring, and coaching Product Engineers, Security Architects, Advocates, and Product Owners on Data Privacy Engineering and Privacy by Design.
4. Supporting the development and implementation of Data Privacy Strategies and lifecycle management for products.
5. Remaining up to date with Data Privacy trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies, assisting in the creation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of training documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field, information technology, cybersecurity, law, or privacy, with relevant Data Privacy experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
2. Privacy certification or willingness to obtain relevant certification soon after starting: Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), or Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex Data Privacy Regulations into concise and relatable terminology.
4. Self-starter with a global mindset, results-oriented, and able to individually contribute and lead through influence.
