• As a Data Platform Transformation Manager, you will be working for our client, a global organization committed to redefining data strategies and technological capabilities. You will oversee the deployment of a cutting-edge Data Platform ecosystem across multiple countries, including Poland, Spain, Italy, and Romania, playing a pivotal role in empowering strategic insights and operational excellence. • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe, including to Wroclaw, Spain, Italy, and Romania.
• Ability to start as soon as possible and commit to a 1-2 year project duration.

• Coordinate the deployment of the Data Platform in international markets, ensuring seamless integration with local business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Chapter Leaders, local teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee project progress, manage risks, and uphold governance standards for data management and security.
• Monitor operational continuity and drive successful delivery within a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

• At least 4 years of experience leading large-scale Data Platform implementations, preferably with Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data platform architecture, governance, and risk management.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with experience working in an international setting.
• Fluency in English.
