We are looking for a Data Platform & BI Domain Lead to join our existing Dream-Team at Elitmind.

The Ideal candidate has experience in creating and delivering data platforms, data warehouses, has an exceptionally good understanding of architecture. We are looking for a leader that will be driving domain development, be trusted advisor for our customers and take an active role in sales activities.

A Data Platform & BI Domain Lead is a role that involves leading and managing a team of data professionals who design, build, and operate data platforms and products for our customers. A perfect candidate typically has a background in data engineering or data management, as well as experience in leading and managing data teams and projects. A Data Platform Domain Lead also needs to have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as a data-driven mindset and a passion for data innovation.

You will work with a team full of energy and willingness to implement interesting projects with clients from the Enterprise sector around the world.

The perfect candidate for the position of Data Platform & BI Domain Lead  should has:

• 5+ Extensive conceptual and technical knowledge on Analytics, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Data Warehousing and with architecture frameworks
• 3+ years of experience in leading data solution, project management and team management
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks like SQL, Databricks, Snowflake as well as cloud services such as Azure or AWS, GCP
• Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations
• Experience managing both pre-sales (offering and solutioning), managing the capability and being responsible for the delivery.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
• Knowledge of enterprise architectures and technology trends, with specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
• Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Open minded, self-driven, eager to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice

Nice to have: 

• Understanding of Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
• Experience in Azure Data services, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric
• Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and others is important.
