As part of the Enterprise Data & Intelligence (EDI) team, you will play a key role in enabling company-wide data-informed decision making. Business and Product teams rely on our data assets to analyze and optimize user adoption, growth, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and collaboration skills. They should be able to quickly understand business priorities and proactively develop and enhance tools and automations that support those priorities.
This role is based in our brand new Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, youll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If youre interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.
What we offer:
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 19,417 PLN - 23,000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
