Your responsibilities Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet business and operational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data modelling solutions. Establish and maintain data standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure data quality and security. Work closely with data architects, engineers, and analysts to develop a cohesive data strategy aligned with organizational goals. Participate in architecture discussions to ensure data models support overall data architecture strategies. Stay informed on emerging data technologies and trends, evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance data capabilities. Contribute to establishing data modelling frameworks that support analytics, reporting, and data management initiatives. Our requirements At least 3 years of experience in data modelling, data architecture, or related fields. Proficiency in designing and implementing data models for operational and analytical systems. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven consulting abilities and stakeholder management skills to drive consensus and support. Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex data challenges. Sound knowledge of data governance principles, standards, and best practices. Fluent English (spoken and written). Optional Experience with cloud data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. Knowledge of industry data models such as BIAN, FSDM, or BDW.
