At least 3 years of testing experience (functional UI level tests, API testing, integration testing etc.),
Minimum 1 year of experience in database or ETL testing,
Understanding of data validation, mapping, and transformation principles,
Strong SQL skills,
Understanding of ETL processes,
Familiarity with Airflow and SFTP-based exchange,
Practical knowledge of HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps or other test management tools,
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments,
Prior experience working in international teams,
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes,
Independence and proactive approach,
Self-organizing skills,
Excellent analytical and communication skills,
Attention to detail,
Very good command of English and Polish.
