• We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist to support a large-scale ERP consolidation program. The project involves migrating data from approximately 20 source ERP systems into 4 target ERP platforms, ensuring data quality, consistency, and business continuity.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for large-scale ERP data migration
• Analyse and understand source ERP data models, data dependencies, and business rules
• Define and implement data mapping, transformation, and validation rules
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency throughout the migration process
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and error handling
• Support test migrations, dry runs, and cutover activities
• Optimize ETL performance to handle high data volumes and complexity
• Collaborate with ERP functional teams, Data architects, Business stakeholders, and QA and testing teams
• Document ETL logic, mappings, and migration processes
• Support post-migration validation and stabilization

• Advanced SQL skills (data analysis, validation, transformation)
• ETL tools – at least 4 years of practical experience in designing and developing ETL processes (particularly Informatica)
• Data migrations – experience in large-scale data migration projects
• ERP systems – working with data from major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise ERP)
• Data modelling – designing and analysing data models
• Azure SQL – experience with relational databases in the Azure environment
• Data quality & profiling – tools and techniques to ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
• Data transformation and mapping – implementing transformation and validation rules
• ETL performance optimization – handling high-volume data efficiently
• Fluency in English
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
