Data Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Data Team Leader to manage a team delivering Strategic Insights, Operational, and Data reporting for a leading global tobacco company. The role focuses on continuous improvement of reporting processes, supporting market transitions, and ensuring KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing reporting operations within a specific cluster (markets and/or HQ functions), ensuring knowledge retention, workload balance, and performance KPI achievement.
• Keep the team focused and motivated, support their professional development, and provide learning opportunities.
• Lead projects within the Center of Excellence to design new tools and analytical models, as well as improve existing ones.
• Support the Process Manager in reviewing and assessing new market requests.
• Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing Strategic Insights team to help identify actionable insights and support business objectives. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets Sharing and capturing the market knowledge, onboarding of new members
• The Team Lead will report to the Central Process Manager and will support the management of the team, without full line management responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Services, or related industries.
• Team management skills to coach, develop and motivate individuals
• Excellent understanding of Marketing & Sales reporting processes and related business areas.
• Project and time management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• MS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT)
• Power BI (Developer Background)
• Creation and adoption of analytical models
