Technicus is the specialist Salesforce data implementation partner that offers a fully managed process for data migration and data management services across the Salesforce platform.

We are looking for Data Management Specliast who is self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Youd be working in a passionate team of data specialists, with a big focus put on the amount of ownership over your work. The projects within this team are of various nature, ranging from greenfield data projects, to shaping DataOps for our existing UK-based and global clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Implement, and maintain data solutions to support customers data management objectives, ensuring alignment with data governance policies and best practices.
• Maintain data models, schemas, and dictionaries to ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems and applications.
• Implement data management best practices, including data standardization, normalization, and documentation, to improve data quality and usability.
• Monitor data performance, availability, and usage, proactively identifying and addressing issues to optimize performance and ensure data accessibility and reliability.
• Manage data backups, disaster recovery, and data retention policies to ensure data resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving data-related issues and ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with data governance to implement data security measures, access controls, and data privacy requirements to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in data management roles, with a strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management principles.
• Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems, with experience in data analysis, manipulation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data integration tools, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data security principles, access controls, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in data management or related fields is a plus (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional).
