The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This position is responsible for Commercial Operations master data set-up (creation and maintenance). Candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand, assess and handle all kind of material types, identify process improvements, and follow approved job aids. Strong organizational, document management, and communication skills required.
As a Data Management Operations Team Leader (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading, hiring, training and performance management within the team
Ensuring team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
Providing oversight to ensure assigned work is completed within SLA targets or due dates
Tracking and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLA) reports and communicating those reports to associated business groups and/or divisions as well as the Portfolio and Master Data Ops Manager
Handling or coordinating non-routine or complex requests or issues
Identifying opportunities for governance, process, and/or systems improvements
Developing expertise on data governance and use of master data in downstream processes
Developing partnership with key process stakeholders to ensure processes are meeting business requirements and Subject Matter Expertise within the team
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of equivalent work experience (preferred)
Experience in coordinating the team
Emerging proficiency in team leadership, coaching and development skills
Analytical thinker and problem resolve mindset
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience working with SAP or any other ERP system
Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance
In addition to the above requirements, the following soft skills are also required:
Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational transactional processes
Collaborative Team player, analytical and proactive
Excellent communication
Ability to learn quickly
Change management skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in project management or transitions management
Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks and prioritization
Demonstrated detailed orientation and enjoy working with operational processes
Work location: Remote from Poland: while working with remote option must attend moment that matters
Travel: May include up to [5% [international
