The recently established Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function will further accelerate SEBs deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime. The FCP function is one of the largest consumers of data within SEB including customer, transaction, and product data, and where good data management is critical.
responsibilities :
Design and implement a data quality framework, focusing on the stakeholder needs, to support quality and robustness of the data needed for business processes.
Ensure adherence, adoption and continuous improvement of data policies, standards, and practices across FCP.
Provide expertise to various areas of FCP in accessing FCP critical data from data producers and help resolve data integrity issues.
Collaborate with the Systems and IT teams to design and implement effective data quality rules.
Provide guidance to the data producers on how to monitor the quality of data like Transaction monitoring, Know your customer (KYC), Sanctions, Screening, Fraud.
Drive data governance communication initiatives about data quality, to raise the profile of the data governance and securing business engagement.
Ensure close collaboration between the Data Governance team with the FCP critical Business functions and Group Data Management Office (GDMO), as well as with the IT function.
Ability to design the data quality approach and operations.
Ability to drive the change in organization and review the quality results and drive remediation.
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience working with Data Management as a Data Quality expert.
Understanding of data governance key data elements and ways to monitoring quality in various dimensions like continuity, conformity etc.
Data Quality using tools that can be built in Python, Collibra DQ, Excel etc.
Experience in payments information to create a data quality tools / program.
Analytical mid set to understand possible incidents with data and provide remediations plan / options to data producers.
Working knowledge of Collibra DQ will be advantageous.
Implementation of data quality monitoring program is necessary
Hands on experience in implementing data quality and drive the change across organization.
