Our Client needs support of an experienced Data Integration Developer, who will join a newly formed Scrum team working across multiple technologies, including: DataStage, IBM MDM, Java.
The goal of this project is to develop a cross-border, company-wide solution for managing the credit risk domain. This solution will be pre-populated with publicly available data to minimize manual effort and enhance data quality. It will serve as the golden source for credit processes, limit allocation, internal and external reporting, and customer service. The team will operate strictly within the SAFe framework.

Collaborate as part of a newly formed Scrum team to develop a cross-border, company-wide credit risk management solution.
Design and implement data integration processes using DataStage and IBM MDM.
Utilize SQL and related technologies for data management and analysis.
Work with real-time data replication and integration using IBM Change Data Capture (CDC).
Ensure seamless data flow through Kafka/Hive connectors and ExDH.
Parse and handle XML/JSON messages effectively within the system.
Contribute to Test-Driven Development processes to improve code quality and reliability.
Follow Agile principles, Scrum values, and work within the SAFe framework to deliver project objectives.
Ensure the system serves as a reliable golden source for credit processes, reporting, and customer service.

Hands-on experience as a DataStage developer is essential.
Proficiency in SQL or similar relevant programming languages.
Experience with Test-Driven Development is a plus.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and adherence to Scrum values, with SAFe experience being an advantage.
Practical expertise with IBM Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time data replication and integration.
Familiarity with Kafka/Hive connectors and ExDH.
Advanced skills in XML/JSON message parsing.
Solid understanding of MDM concepts and their real-world applications.
