We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Input Specialist to support a large-scale heavy industry project. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project-related data across multiple systems. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity for reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making.

• Accurately input and update large volumes of data into project databases and management systems
• Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of project documentation
• Process daily reports, timesheets, material logs, and equipment usage data
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to collect required information
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or missing information
• Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by project management
• Ensure compliance with company data management procedures and industry regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and company information

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in industrial or construction environments
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems
• Ability to handle large datasets and meet deadlines under pressure
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of industrial project workflows is an advantage
