More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

• Carry out the process of creation and amendment of customer accounts and data therein to maintain the integrity of customer accounts to agreed SLAs
• Ensure customer account structures meet all legal parameters and internal requirements for accurate transactional processing
• Ensure all data requests are carried out on a timely basis
• Ensure all allocated queries & tickets resolution are managed ensuring quality and quick response to customers and departmental members
• Help to identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance

We are looking for a maternity cover person (until March).

What we are looking for in you:

In order to be successful in this position you need to be focused on results and solution-oriented . Moreover, attention to detail is highly required. Communicative English is a must as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivation.
