Co-create and enforce data governance: rules, roles, standards, and metrics.
Own data quality and semantics: business glossary, metadata repository, and data lineage.
Bridge business and IT: gather needs, set priorities, translate them into an actionable plan.
Support master data, data lake/warehouse initiatives, plus UAT and change documentation.
Promote a data-driven culture: communication, materials, training, and best-
practice adoption.
requirements-expected :
Experience: 4–5 years in data quality, data governance, data management, or data migration.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related.
Working with data: proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and reporting/BI; bonus points for hands-on with metadata repositories, MDM, and data quality solutions.
Business & leadership: strong business understanding, initiative ownership, excellent communication, and project management.
Regulatory awareness: good grasp of data protection and compliance requirements.
