Promote a data-driven culture: communication, materials, training, and best-

Experience: 4–5 years in data quality, data governance, data management, or data migration.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related.
Working with data: proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and reporting/BI; bonus points for hands-on with metadata repositories, MDM, and data quality solutions.
Business & leadership: strong business understanding, initiative ownership, excellent communication, and project management.
Regulatory awareness: good grasp of data protection and compliance requirements.
Collaboration: relationship building, influencing cross-functional teams, driving consensus.
Ways of working: familiarity with Agile and change management.
Languages: fluent English (written and spoken).
