Data Governance Manager Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Optional S/4HANA SAP MDG SAP ECC About the project Reporting to the Transformation Project Manager, this role is responsible for shaping the data foundation and governance of our Conviviality Platform. The objective is to enable Pernod Ricard’s digital transformation, enhance consumer-centricity, and support our mission of helping people make a new friend every day. Your responsibilities Work together with management to support the definition and implementation of data governance and data strategy Contribute to the development and operationalization of data governance mission, goals, metrics, and success measures Collaborate with IT and other departments to deliver practical, business-driven data solutions and enable future data partnerships Support the assessment of business cases for new data sources, including cost–benefit considerations and integration complexity Facilitate cross-functional discussions to support decision-making on data investments Implement and maintain data governance structures and processes Build, maintain, and prioritize the data governance issue and improvement backlog from a business perspective Design, automate, and improve data processes using internal system data, customer data, and external/market data Analyze, visualize, and optimize data flows and related operational processes Design and support the implementation of new data interfaces in close collaboration with the international IT team Act as a day-to-day business sparring partner for global IT on data-related needs Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other functions to improve data quality, structures, and usability Act as a change enabler, supporting adoption of data governance practices across the organization Translate data governance concepts into clear, tangible business benefits for stakeholders Our requirements At least 5 years of work experience in working with Data Governance; Knowledge and experience in ERP SAP (np.
