We are looking for Data Governance Lead who is self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Youd be working in a passionate team with a big focus put on the amount of ownership over your work. The projects within this team are of various nature, ranging from greenfield data projects, to shaping DataOps for our existing UK-based and global clients.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards for external customers.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure data quality, accuracy, and integrity of customers data.
- Define and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
- Establish data governance frameworks and workflows to ensure data resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data governance requirements and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements by implementing appropriate controls and measures
- Lead initiatives to improve data management processes and practices.
- Provide training and support to Data Management team on data governance principles and practices.

Our requirements
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data governance tools and technologies is a plus.
