To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist for our Global Shared Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry, Management and Maintenance
- Support the Westinghouse supply chain for data needs including vendor and supplier database management through information and data gathering, entry and maintenance activities of our approved supplier list and other processes.
- Input, review and/or verify all information on the database management system to ensure completion and accuracy. Identify necessary actions to correct data.
- Coordinate various document management operations (including use and maintenance of databases) to ensure permanent long-term storage, protection, control, and retrieval of information according to applicable procedures.
- Use databases to produce standard reports on stored information and use query systems to produce non-standard specialized reports upon request. Produce an index of specific documents requested by users and maintain logs as appropriate.
- Provide the internal customer with guidance and training regarding Vendor Master Data in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and initiate new process changes to prevent future data quality issues, including taking necessary corrective action.
- Responsible for compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Service Level agreements.
Education and Qualifications:
- BA in Business or Equivalent
- Min 1 year experience in Shared Services, customer service, and/or supply chain.
- Fluency (both spoken and written) in English and a minimum of one other language (French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Bulgarian). Language ability is critical when interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong administrative abilities to generate, file, and retrieve records.
- Organization, attention to detail, and a sense of accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand process efficiency and propose improvements when required.
- Ability to use all Westinghouse IT tools such as SAP, ARIBA, Prime.
- Ability to report activities and track KPIs.
- Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve issues, or address them to the appropriate responsible party.
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint desired.
