ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your responsibilities:

• Enter all data into the Electronic Document Management System and make sure it is accurate and full.
• Determine what needs to be done to fix any inaccurate data.
• Find and obtain information from a variety of sources, then deliver it to the requester in the appropriate format.
• Transform electronic document formats into the proper format so that they can be stored for a long time.
• When necessary, proactively identify issues, inconsistencies, and chances for process improvement.
• Contact vendors to confirm parts availability and obsolescence status, and input data into internal systems.
• Respond to utility client inquiries via Live Chat, ensuring clear and timely communication.

• Bachelor degree
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
• Previous experience on internships
• Basic knowledge of document types.
• Understanding of web-based technologies.
• Basic knowledge of query/search functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience working effectively in a team environment.
