responsibilities :
Design and implement robust data pipelines and workflows using GCP Composer (Airflow), BigQuery, data quality, data lineage, and metadata management and data security
Develop and optimize scalable data engineering solutions leveraging GCP services (Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub)
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all data processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly; lead crisis management efforts to minimize impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions aligned with enterprise strategy
Mentor and guide team members; provide technical leadership and support during challenging situations
Ensuring data privacy and compliance with regulations.
requirements-expected :
8 to 12 years of experience in implementation of large enterprise data cloud / data hub projects
At least 5 years of Working in enterprise data lake / data cloud/ data hub projects
5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, conceptualizing, designing, team management etc.
Data Engineering: ETL/ELT pipeline design and orchestration
Data Warehousing: BigQuery
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues quickly.
Leadership skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
Team guidance, collaboration, and handling challenging situations
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
