We are looking for experienced Data Engineer who will be responsible for backend development, data pipeline creation, and infrastructure management to support AI and clinical research applications.

responsibilities :
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and architectures for clinical research and AI model training.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, continuously monitoring and optimizing pipelines.
Create a seamless data flow from customer endpoint devices and other sources to the main data warehouse.
Work with synchronous and asynchronous task managers, orchestration tools, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Experience and knowledge in GCP ecosystem is needed.
Maintain C# desktop applications for operating customer medical devices.
Implement communication protocols with microcontrollers and external sensing hardware.
Develop user interfaces for medical staff and lab engineers
requirements-expected :
Advanced Python programming skills.
Advanced SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred).
Hands-on experience with ETL/data pipeline technologies.
Experience with data warehouses and cloud-based data management (GCP
preferred).
Proven experience working on production-grade projects.
Nice-to-Have: experience with C# and Windows Forms for application development; experience with time-series or sensor data; medical device application development experience; familiarity with external hardware and microcontroller communication.
