We are looking for a Data Engineer who will be working with our technical services team to implement and build solutions for Customer Data Platforms, Databricks, and other marketing solutions for our clients across the world. Working directly with clients and account managers, you will review existing data workflows, realize industry-leading data strategy, and successfully implement client deliverables using your data engineering prowess.

Your tasks

• Design and develop custom solutions for Big Data SQL challenges
• Collaborate directly with clients to transform business requirements into technical specifications
• Use Python to gather data from multiple data sources
• Design and implement comprehensive test cases to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain data cleanliness and clarity

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering and data warehouse technologies
• Expertise in Databricks and ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Strong SQL knowledge and proficiency in Python/PySpark
• Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., pandas, matplotlib)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with Data Science methodologies (statistical modeling, ML techniques)
• Knowledge of DMPs, CDPs, ad-tech, marketing automation, and web analytics tools
• Experience with data visualization dashboards and business intelligence tools
• Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics
