We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design and implement scalable Data Hubs supporting analytical, reporting, operational, and Generative AI use cases. This role involves ensuring data quality, governance, and system scalability while providing technical leadership and mentoring within the team.
responsibilities :
Designing scalable Data Hubs that integrate multiple data sources, ensuring performance and scalability
Defining standards, patterns, and best practices for data engineering processes
Architecting batch and real-time data processing pipelines to meet analytical and operational requirements
Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across various data solutions
Optimizing performance, storage, and processing efficiency for large-scale data operations
Mentoring engineers, promoting best practices, and fostering knowledge sharing within the team
requirements-expected :
Hands-on experience with Azure data services, including Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Event Hubs
Deep knowledge of Databricks and Apache Spark, with a strong focus on data processing and Delta Lake
Strong background in real-time and batch data processing, with expertise in handling streaming and large datasets
Practical experience in automation using CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, and Docker
Skilled in data modeling and governance, with the ability to design secure, scalable, and reliable data architectures
Proven track record in defining architectural standards and mentoring technical teams
Fluent Polish required
