Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality controls using Python to ensure data integrity.
• Design and create Power BI dashboards to help monitor and visualize data management processes.
• Conduct workshops with data domain teams to understand business data needs and deploy the Data Management Framework.
• Automate workflows to execute controls and enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize code to ensure scalability and minimize technical debt.
• Collaborate with data experts and business domain managers to identify and address data-related challenges.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams to promote autonomy in data handling.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer/analyst, working with Python for data processing and transformation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data engineering, modeling, and processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with scalable and robust coding practices.
