Operating in small, autonomous squads, they follow Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to drive digital transformation. With a focus on trust, collaboration, and flexibility, they develop scalable solutions to meet dynamic business needs.
We are looking for a Data Engineer with expertise in Oracle and data integration to join their team.
salary: 120-150 PLN net+VAT/h; B2B
location: Katowice, hybrid work (2 days in the office)
language: communication in Polish daily

Must have:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and RDBMS (12c or higher).
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator 12c (ODI).
- Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate for data replication.
- Strong expertise in data integration techniques.
- Solid experience with Linux (bash) scripting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Proven track record as a ‘go-to’ person for team challenges, with the ability to coach and support team members.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Maven.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Grafana, Elastic, and Kibana.
- Experience in complex corporate environments, especially in financial systems or lending.
- Knowledge of issue trackers (e.g., ServiceNow) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence).
