We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support Big Data initiatives, complex data analysis, and stakeholder-driven data solutions.

The role requires strong SQL expertise, Azure exposure, and the ability to work in Agile delivery environments.

Location: Krakow (3 days onsite per week)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field(Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)

• Focus on data analysis preferred

Experience

• Ideally 5+ years as Data Engineer in Big Data

• 8–10 years total experience

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience in executing complex data analysis

• Running complex SQL queries

• Programming languages:

  • Python

  • Scala

  • Spark

  • SQL

• Big Data technologies:

  • Azure Cloud

  • Databricks

  • Power BI (or equivalent)

Methodology & Soft Skills

• Agile methodologies & delivery experience

• Strong analytical & data management skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Stakeholder partnership skills

• Strong communication skills

• Business-context understanding for data

• Flexible & resilient team player

• Fluent English
