Data Engineer

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming raw data into valuable insights and possess a strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and various data manipulation and visualization tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL, T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS, Azure Data Factory, and other relevant technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize data structures and queries for performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain data models for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Utilize Synapse Analytics, PowerBI, and DAX for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience with SQL Server Data Warehousing (DWH) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools such as SSIS/SSRS, Azure Data Factory, and Data Bricks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Synapse Analytics and Azure services.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of Hadoop and Apache Big Data tools is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE: Data Management and Analytics) are advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
