What does the role look like?

Data Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain data pipelines to automate workflows, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure data quality by cleaning and preprocessing data to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.

Data Collection and Integration

• Gather data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, external providers) and integrate it into unified systems.

Data Storage and Management

• Ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and aggregation.
• Create new data validation methods and tools for improved analysis.
• Develop and enhance ETL and data transformation processes to convert raw data into usable formats for analysis.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues to provide timely resolutions.

Data Security and Compliance

• Maintain data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Leverage your expertise in cloud computing and programming languages to implement secure and efficient solutions.

Advanced Analytics

• Develop algorithms to transform data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of machine learning is highly valued, and experience with AI is a plus.

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Data Engineer we believe that you:

• Hold a university degree in IT.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Are experienced in SQL development and programming languages.
• Are fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Are analytical, structured, proactive, self-driven and work well both independently as well as in a team.
• Thrive in agile environments and enjoy working in hybrid, international teams.
• Align strongly with our Employee DNA.
