At Pretius , we are looking for Data Engineer to a project in the financial industry, international team. Project / Role Design and build automated data pipelines and reusable data assets using Python Translate business problems and analytical needs into well‑structured datasets and data products Develop frameworks and utilities for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and enrichment Partner with business, analytics, and product teams to interpret data requirements and define data outputs Enable faster insights by improving data accessibility, documentation, and usability Implement data quality checks and lightweight governance to ensure trust in data assets Continuously improve existing pipelines through refactoring, automation, and performance optimization Contribute to experimentation with new tools, patterns, and approaches to data engineering Requirements Strong Python skills, especially for automation, orchestration, and reusable components Solid SQL skills and understanding of analytical data structures Experience with Spark / PySpark and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) Ability to understand business context and convert it into technical data solutions Experience working with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) What do we offer?
