Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Storage).
Integrate, consolidate, and transform data from Finance, ERP, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, creating scalable and reliable solutions (Data Lake / Lakehouse).
Ensure data quality, performance, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Shape and expand our data platform – main hub for master data, reporting and advanced analytics
Collaborate closely with analytics experts across the division to provide the necessary infrastructure and data sets for reporting and advanced analytics.
Participate in the ongoing optimization of data workflows and contribute to the overall data strategy.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a Data Engineering role.
Hands-on experience with Azure data services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Storage.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, etc.).
Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage (collaboration with data analysts).
Experience in working with data from Finance, ERP, Sales & Marketing /eCommerce is a plus).
Excellent business English and Polish (C1) are mandatory; German language skills would be a plus.
A strong team player mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
