•         Experience: 5+ years as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

•         Microsoft Databases: Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server / Azure SQL.

•         ETL / ELT Tools: Proven experience designing, building, and migrating ETL/ELT using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

•         Reporting & Integration: Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports; ability to modernize legacy reporting solutions.

•         Azure Data Services: Practical experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake / ADLS Gen2.

•         Data Warehouse Design: Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake schemas).

•         SQL & Performance: Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, performance tuning, and optimization.

•         Data Architecture & Documentation: Ability to design end-to-end data solutions, think at system level, and contribute to Solution Design Documentation (SDD).

•         Data Pipelines & Processing: Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data pipelines for batch and streaming scenarios.

•         Data Quality, Governance & Security: Proven focus on data quality, consistency, governance, and alignment with banking/regulatory security standards.

•         Collaboration & Integration: Experience integrating data from multiple sources (APIs, files, secure platforms) and working closely with .NET backend teams and stakeholders.

•         Power BI: Familiarity with Power BI data models, refresh strategies, and performance considerations.
