We are looking for a Data Engineer that will be part of the FCP Data Management Team which goal is delivering data for other teams in the Financial Crime Prevention area, and to support other teams to create a consistent data layer for the whole FCP. 

As a Data Engineer you will be part of the team consisting of: Data Engineers, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Business Analyst. You will also be in contact with the other teams to define the details of the expected solution. 

• Mid/Senior-level Software or Data Engineer who has experience in one of these roles and some knowledge in scope of the other one and wants to extend knowledge in both areas
• Experience with Java (or Scala) programming language
• Experience with cloud services (GCP or AWS) and infrastructure as a code (Terraform, or similar).
• Experience or knowledge about Spark is considered an advantage
• Experience with CI/CD and relevant tools like Github Actions
• Business and product-oriented mindset, including experience on working directly with business stakeholders
• Experience in banking is considered an advantage
• Experience in working in Scrum and agile ways of working
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Passion for challenges that drive your personal development and professional growth
• Being a team player open for growth and learning is crucially important for the role
• Fluent English
