We are looking for a Domain Architect to join our Clients Data, Analytics & Reporting (DA&R) architecture team (direct emplyment) and play a key role in shaping the organization’s data architecture and the future direction of analytical platforms.
The person in this role will co-create the technological strategy for the domain, translating it into concrete solutions that support both business objectives and the organization’s architectural transformation.
responsibilities :
Co-create and maintain a long-term data architecture vision and drive its implementation across domain projects.
Translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives and technical solutions, in close collaboration with Product Managers, Heads of Development, and Team Architects.
Contribute to defining technology roadmaps and support decision-making related to system modernization and transformation.
Collaborate with teams responsible for data and integrations, including Data Stewards and Enterprise Architects, to ensure architectural consistency across the organization.
Coordinate the work of Team Architects in a matrix environment – providing mentorship, conceptual support, and alignment of activities.
Establish and maintain architectural standards while promoting a design-driven approach based on quality, measurability, and risk analysis.
Actively participate in the architects’ community and foster cross-domain collaboration as part of organizational transformation processes.
requirements-expected :
Several years of experience in system or data architecture.
Proven background in data architecture, data analytics, or data engineering within large IT environments.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure (Data Platform, Data Factory, Synapse).
Solid understanding of system integration, data modeling, APIs (REST/SOAP), and cloud architecture.
Experience with SaaS, mainframe, or other complex enterprise systems is an advantage.
Understanding of data governance, data modernization, and best practices in data lifecycle management.
Ability to bridge business strategy with technology decisions and translate them into actionable plans.
Strong communication skills at both executive and technical levels, including in challenging strategic discussions.
Assertiveness and the ability to justify decisions based on data and analysis.
Long-term planning capability (multi-quarter perspective) and strong priority management skills.
Natural ability to build collaboration and knowledge-sharing communities among architects and technical experts.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
