responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 10-16 individuals, including data developers, data analysts, business analysts, statistical programmers, report developers, and data scientists, to achieve exceptional results.
Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision for the ALM Data & Processing product, ensuring it aligns with the broader goals of the Risk Tribe.
Strategic Influence: Contribute to the overall strategy of the global COO Risk organization as a member of the leadership team for the respective Risk Tribe.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of service provided by your product within the Risk Hub Data, Tools, and Reporting department.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across international teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Business Development: Actively seek and support new business opportunities to expand the scope and impact of your area and the Risk Tribe.

Proven experience as a data professional within the financial industry, with a focus on data solutions like data warehousing, data lakes, data marts, and reporting.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
Deep understanding of financial risk management concepts, including ALM, IRRBB, and interest rate risk.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English and a willingness to work in an international and inclusive environment.
