Responsibilities
Communities of Practice (CoP) Management & Support:
- Assist in planning, designing, and launching CoPs, ensuring clear objectives, goals, and success metrics are established.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage members, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of community.
- Organize and facilitate CoP activities such as workshops, presentations, discussions, and peer learning sessions. Conduct needs assessments and analyze engagement data to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, successes, and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide ongoing support to CoP members, addressing their concerns and ensuring valuable participation.
Technology & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Utilize collaboration and knowledge management tools, including Microsoft Teams and Confluence, to support CoP activities. Stay informed on emerging trends in community management and technology to enhance CoP effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- Communicate proactively about CoP initiatives, progress, and challenges while advocating for their value within the organization.
- Experience with specific technologies relevant to data, architecture, and integration.
- Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools and familiarity with Data Science and data processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (preferably experience). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience with specific technologies relevant to data, architecture, and integration.
- Certifications in business analysis, project management, or community management.
- Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools and basic experience with Data Science and data processes - nice to have.
