Data Center Project Manager

Job mission

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of data center projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial in managing the complex and technical aspects of construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, particularly in the data center sector, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a pivotal member of our team, you will coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to translate project specifications into actionable plans. Your leadership will guide the project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, innovation, and efficiency. Given the growing demand for data center capacity, you will be tasked with optimizing resources and driving strategic initiatives that align with the companys goals. Your expertise will also involve navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project objectives and timelines.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
4. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
6. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Requirements

1. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing data center construction projects from design to completion.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations specific to data centers.
4. Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with project management software.
5. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering detailed reports and presentations.

More about us

We are the pioneer of the photovoltaic market in Poland, where we were among the first to build photovoltaic farms back in 2015. In 2019, we reached a 4% market share in large-scale photovoltaic farms, becoming the leader in the sector of farms with a capacity of more than 1 MW. Currently, we are developing a total capacity of over 36,900 MW, encompassing a diverse portfolio of projects at various stages of development, from conceptualization to nearing completion, and have a share of projects with connection conditions issued of about 4.1% in Poland. Additionally, our portfolio includes 300 MW of ready-to-build (RTB) projects and 35 MW of our own, already constructed renewable energy farms.
