Your responsibilities

Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance:

•Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks on non-critical facility systems to ensure smooth operations

•Perform basic repairs and maintenance of non-critical infrastructure components, keeping our site in top shape

•Monitor and respond to Building Monitoring System (BMS) alerts, following standard procedures and escalating issues when needed.

Vendor Coordination:

•Work with vendors to ensure maintenance and upgrades follow established protocols, contributing to seamless operations

Site Administration & Incident Support:

•Maintain accurate site logs for permits such as Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs) and other documentation

Work Orders & Additional Projects:

•Completes basic routine work order facility requests under supervision

•Assists in routine incident management requests

Collaboration:

•Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth maintenance and operations

•Partner with senior engineers during infrastructure upgrades, learning on the job while contributing to interesting projects

Our requirements

• Data Center/Critical Environment Experience: Hands-on experience in a data center or critical environment is essential
• Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including UPS, generators, Building Monitoring Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and life safety systems
• Language Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English and Polish
• Facility Maintenance Experience: Background in building maintenance, particularly in large commercial properties like high-rise buildings, convention centers, or other complex facilities
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in a shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Education: High school diploma (preferably with a focus on Electrical or HVAC systems)
