We are looking for a Data Coordinator responsible for managing disk lifecycle and ingest operations in line with operational requirements. This includes overseeing disk procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. The role also involves monitoring data upload and segregation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the coordinator will handle team coordination through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation. Effective stakeholder management is essential, as the Data Coordinator communicates updates and statuses to internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, logistics
• Technical knowledge of data center operations
• Proficiency in Excel
• Client management experience
• Mandatory BGV clearance
