responsibilities :
Design and implement data architectures using Google BigQuery and the GCP ecosystem (Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Composer, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Functions).
Build scalable, efficient data pipelines and automate workflows using metadata-driven orchestration frameworks.
Design and develop Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Mesh solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Optimize query performance, data storage, and cost efficiency within BigQuery.
Define data models (conceptual, logical, physical) aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
Assess and improve existing data architectures to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance.
Translate business needs into architectural blueprints and technical designs.
Support proposal creation and contribute to defining technical vision for clients.
Stay up to date with the latest data technologies, tools, and trends, especially in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Ensure high standards of data quality, security, and governance across all solutions.
Define and implement policies for IAM, DLP, and Data Catalog in GCP.
Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure consistency and scalability.
requirements-expected :
At least 4-5 years of experience in data architecture or advanced data engineering, ideally in GCP / BigQuery environments.
Advanced knowledge of Google BigQuery – schema design, partitioning, clustering, and query optimization.
Experience designing and deploying solutions using Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub, and Dataproc.
Strong background in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and metadata-driven frameworks.
Understanding of Data Governance, Security, and Data Management best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically.
Full English proficiency (B2/C1).
