responsibilities :
Designing and maintaining scalable data pipeline architecture
Developing infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources
Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data-related technical challenges
Enhancing monitoring and alerting capabilities to achieve end-to-end observability
Improving data delivery through process automation and optimization
Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards
Supporting BI and analytics teams by providing reliable data platforms
Promoting Agile and SRE practices for efficient data engineering
Staying updated on emerging tools, technologies, and industry regulations
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration for effective solution delivery
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in developing and leading data platforms
Strong expertise in working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
Proficiency in designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools
Knowledge of Splunk, Kafka, and Grafana for data monitoring and analysis
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
Self-driven and confident in independent decision-making
A background in IT within the financial sector
