• The Data Architect will play a key role in designing and maintaining robust data solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms. This position requires strong expertise in SQL Server, Snowflake, and Qlik Replicate, with a focus on operational excellence, data replication, and performance optimization.

• Operationalize Qlik Replicate: monitoring, alerting, SLO management, runbook creation, and response automation.
• Ensure data reliability through completeness checks, reconciliations, and incident management.
• Manage HA/DR: implement and test failover/failback procedures, harden AlwaysOn/AG configurations.
• Optimize performance: latency tuning and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with DBA teams on standards (log backup, retention, long transactions, indexes for CDC), priorities, and governance.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server internals (logs, backup/truncation, AlwaysOn/AG, troubleshooting).
• Experience with CDC/Data Replication, including log-based replication.
• Proficiency in Qlik Replicate (task design, monitoring, notifications, latency troubleshooting).
• Operational knowledge of Snowflake (loading/staging, performance tuning, cost optimization).
• Familiarity with Azure operations (monitoring, alerting, log aggregation).
